Service Advisor was professional and didn't try to up sell me or rip me off with not needed service. Appointment was scheduled for 7:15 AM but once I got there at 7:10 AM the service advisor told me the sell me or rip me off with not needed service. Appointment was scheduled for 7:15 AM but once I got there at 7:10 AM the service advisor told me the technicians didn’t start work until 8 AM. Didn’t purchase my vehicle here but I’ve been been coming here for service ever since purchasing my vehicle because I didn’t trust the dealership that I bought the vehicle from to do service. I dropped the truck off for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the coolant. Caleb called when it was done. All 3 items were done, truck was washed and windshield wash was even topped off.
