Disappointing. Bought a used F150 3 months ago and put about 6000 miles on it. I know that I bought used and there are always unknowns. I’ve had a few issues with it since the purchase and really feel like we haven’t been taken seriously. We mainly came in for an oil change and sure, that was completed just fine. We also noted online some other things that we would like to discuss, a few which are safety related. My wife was certainly disappointed with the lack of help and the tone of which the answers came. I have previously had GM products and received outstanding service with a “can do” attitude from dealers such as Holz. We went with a Ford this time and unfortunately I feel as though I have made a major mistake. New brake pads a few thousand miles after purchasing a $33,000 vehicle and a can’t do attitude aren’t acceptable to me. More

excellent service I took my work van for a routine oil change / inspection. I was informed that there were a couple of recalls on the vehicle. Instead of having to brin I took my work van for a routine oil change / inspection. I was informed that there were a couple of recalls on the vehicle. Instead of having to bring the vehicle back another time for the recalls, Caleb took the time to check with the service techs if they could accomplish everything during this visit. They were able to complete everything during this visit in a very timely manner. EXCELLANT JOB!!! More

Front left actuator I went in to have my front left actuator fixed. This was a repair made a year ago and the part failed. The service team was able to help fix this prob I went in to have my front left actuator fixed. This was a repair made a year ago and the part failed. The service team was able to help fix this problem and were fair with the pricing. At first the problem was not resolved but they were persistent to get the job done right and make sure I was a repeat customer in the process. I will be returning in the future for any service needs. Service department refused to fix the problem I brought my 2018 f150 in for a rear end noise twice. The first time they told me it was low on fluid but could not find a leak. They did agree tha I brought my 2018 f150 in for a rear end noise twice. The first time they told me it was low on fluid but could not find a leak. They did agree that the noise was apparent during normal driving. They topped off the fluid and sent me on my way with total disregard to actually repairing the problem. I brought it back about a week or so later with the noise still very apparent. They kept the truck overnight and called the next day saying that the noise was not excessive enough to warrant a repair. Allegedly, 2 other f150s that they compared it to made the same noise. However the one I was issued as a loaner vehicle made no abnormal sounds at all. More
