Prompt, effectient, friendly and courteous. We had a minor accident on Saturday night. Had our car towed to braeger. We called early Monday morning and they responded by 9AM. They called early Tuesday morning and said the car was ready. Picked up car on Tuesday at 10:15 AM. That is what I call prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous.
