WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO BRAEGER FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW WITH BOTH OF OUR FORD CAR AND TRUCK. YOU HAVE TO BE A GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HAVE GOOD PEOPLE OR MY WIFE AND I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK TIME AFTER TI BOTH OF OUR FORD CAR AND TRUCK. YOU HAVE TO BE A GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HAVE GOOD PEOPLE OR MY WIFE AND I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK TIME AFTER TIME FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS. I LIKE BRAEGER BECAUSE I KNOW THE WORK WILL BE DONE RIGHT. I DON'T LIKE TO COME BACK AND HAVE REPAIRS REDONE. WE ARE OLDER PEOPLE IN OUR 60'S AND ARE TREATED VERY NICE , ESPECIALLY BY THE SERVICE MANAGER JESSIE. SHE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO BE DONE TO THE VEHICLE AND OUR BEST OPTIONS. I had a problem with another dealership (closer to my home)that wanted me to pay for a factory defect that should have been covered under warranty. They charged me $50 just to look at the vehicle. I tried to talk with management at that dealership and was told the best they could do was cut the price by $100. I contacted Braeger (where I purchased the vehicle) and talked with Brad. I explained the problem and what I had encountered at the other dealership. Brad made no promises but said he would be happy to look at the problem. Brad inspected the vehicle and immediately made arrangements for the problem to be fixed, under warranty. Brad went out of his way to restore my faith in the Ford product. I would recommend Braeger Service to anyone because of Brad. I will also continue to inform others about the way I was treated at the other dealership. More

I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in for an oil change and 20,000 mile checkup and was very pleased with the friendly service given by Peter Lewis. I came in for an oil change and they checked over the whole car letting me know what was needed. In this case I needed two back tires very badly. The routine service was performed within the time period expected. They also investigated a few concerns that I had regarding my vehicle functionality.
