Other than, as a senior female it would be nice for the tech or supervisor to have taken a few minutes to go over the With 5 stars across the board. Bought a used explorer. After a couple of days heard a clunk in front end. Went to Phoenix for 9 days. Still charged me a hundred dollar deductible to what appears was an existing condition. More
