I had my vehicle in for recall work. When I made the appointment the gentleman I spoke with was very nice, he mentioned that it wouldn't take as long as the paper from Ford mentioned. When I arrived, the person at the desk said,"this is a drop off, on Fridays this is usually .....". I explained to him about what the person had told me when I called a week or two before.
