Dishonest business practices. I wanted to sell my used car to Toccoa Chevrolet. Kelly Bluebook gave me a guaranteed offer FROM the dealership. When I went to the dealership, they I wanted to sell my used car to Toccoa Chevrolet. Kelly Bluebook gave me a guaranteed offer FROM the dealership. When I went to the dealership, they offered me considerably less even though I showed them the printed offer from KBB. Why are you partnered with Kelly Bluebook and their guaranteed offer program if you cannot deliver? Bait and switch. I would avoid doing business with this dealership. More
