a little less than 2 years later I received a recall from Toyota and visited the service center for the recall and to get the vehicle serviced. The man in the service department was very abrupt and said he would have to order parts. As he walked away I asked how about servicing the vehicle and if he could do that or I had to wait until parts arrived. He continued walking away with no answer; this was about a month ago with nothing heard from the dealership. The purchase experience was great, Frank is a very good and courteous salesman. I even purchased an extended warranty. Too bad the service department is not as good as the sales department. I will be looking for service elsewhere as I will not return to this dealer. More
