This is our 5th vehicle from Bergstrom Motors. My sales person had good communication and I really liked the video response to my emails. I recently purchased a used Jeep Patriot 2010 from Lake Toyota. While it has 218,000 miles, I was told the engine was fine, the vehicle had undergone a complete inspected, and I was told the only issues to Toyota. While it has 218,000 miles, I was told the engine was fine, the vehicle had undergone a complete inspected, and I was told the only issues to be aware of were the tire pressure sensors and a bad AC fan. Upon receiving it, I noted multiple issues and then had it inspected – the findings: check engine light on caused by code p0420 meaning upstream oxygen sensor does not switch, cat heat line issue, possible catalytic converter failure, the rear subframe is corroded / rusted (the inspecting mechanic said he advised not driving the vehicle due to safety concerns), both rear upper control arms are loose – upper and lower control arms rusted / corroded as well as the sway bar links and the lateral arms, parking break needs replacement, driver-side front blinker is out, passenger-side rear break light is out, as well as the tire pressure sensors and AC fan. Needless to say, I am disappointed, and after speaking with the sales manager (today), I was assured there was nothing Lake Toyota could do because I bought it “as is” sight-unseen. I relied on the assessment I was given by Lake Toyota much to my chagrin. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an honest and trustworthy transaction. More

Just bought my second Corolla here. Frank was very helpful and patient and paid attention to what was important to me. (Goal was to give me red carpet treatment he said.) He did.
