Just bought my second Corolla here. Frank was very helpful and patient and paid attention to what was important to me. (Goal was to give me red carpet treatment he said.) He did. I am very pleased with the Avalon. I appreciated the professional service I received. I was very impressed with the precautions concerning covid virus. my sales agent said the car would come with remote start if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was a misunderstanding. how would there be a misunderstanding if he even gave me sheet of paper with step by step guide on downloading the phone application? horrible More
