I am very pleased with the Avalon. I appreciated the professional service I received. I was very impressed with the precautions concerning covid virus. my sales agent said the car would come with remote start if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was a misunderstanding. how would there be a misunderstanding if he even gave me sheet of paper with step by step guide on downloading the phone application? horrible More
