Worst service department. First they lied about how long it would take than they only performed some of the work. The brake job they did locked up on me at 60 mph putting me into a ditch. I took it to Barto it would take than they only performed some of the work. The brake job they did locked up on me at 60 mph putting me into a ditch. I took it to Bartow Ford to fix the brakes and they told me that Lakeland did not do the alignment that they charged me for and made me wait another day to do the alignment. Lakeland said there is nothing they can do for me cause I took it to another Ford dealership, as they told me to do. Just be careful if you are taking your vehicle there for service. I will never go back. More
