Came in to test drive a 2020 Mustang and had been recommended Lawrence. I had access to the X-Plan but kept getting numbers filled with useless accessories ($2000!). They wouldn't come down from ther recommended Lawrence. I had access to the X-Plan but kept getting numbers filled with useless accessories ($2000!). They wouldn't come down from there so I left. I get that there is a chip shortage, but felt I was being worked over because of it. I emailed my previously provided copy of the Xplan sheet back 3 weeks later saying to remove a finance rebate (not going through them) and remove the accessories. If he had done that, Id've bought the car right then, but we have to play games. Asked 3 times to remove those two things, and tried to email the online dept not to deal with the BS, but they routed me back to him. Never offered any alternative vehicle choices. I ended up buying a very nice Jeep with all the same features for way less, so that gets one star I guess. Typical car salesman. More
