Richard was great I really appreciate all he did I honestly thought I would have gotten a little better deal,but the sales manager Jason was pretty cut and dry, his customer skills are lacking. In fact he was so rude I was tempted to leave and check out Bartow Ford. Richard assured me the chips in the paint would be properly fixed. As far as the stains in the seats Richard said you would remove the stain or replace the seats. Both the drivers seat and the passenger seat had stains on them. And the tailgate and bed are scratched along with two side rails.. Not what I would exasperated in buying a new truck, it is very disappointing. to think they wouldn’t have fixed these items first. Richard assured me that you would put in a brake controller, covered by the price I paid. I wonder if I should have went with Bartow Ford. I am still waiting on some financial differences they promised I would get. Pretty sad nothing like Lakeland Auto Mall Hyndai. Hyndai the Dale’s manager and Jennifer the repair manager go above and beyond. I would do business again with Lakeland Hyndai in a heartbeat, I wish they sold pickups. More
