I just wanted to make sure everyone at Lakeland Ford knew that Matthew Robinson was an awesome salesperson. Although I generally knew what I wanted when I walked in the door (F250 CCSB), I wasn't completely that Matthew Robinson was an awesome salesperson. Although I generally knew what I wanted when I walked in the door (F250 CCSB), I wasn't completely sold on what level. I was trading in a 2013 F150 KingRanch CCSB and was concerned that I wouldn't be happy with anything less. Well, Matthew worked with me on my trade and the sales price of the truck, getting me into a brand new 2020 F250 KingRanch CCSB! I have to say that I couldn't be happier and am so glad I took a chance on driving all the way out to Lakeland Ford from Tampa! More
We came to Lakeland Ford to look at a 2020 red Ford F-150. Other dealers were willing to find a red truck for us, with a deposit, but Lakeland had one. We had no idea how Frank would make us feel while there. Often you feel uncomfortable and pressured. Not only did Mr. Uria make us feel comfortable and not rushed at all. He was informative, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our needs and wishes. He listened to what we were looking for and was very accommodating allowing us to compare features for each truck we looked at without pressure to buy or leave. When he realized that the red color was a safety feature for our family, he offered to bring out another 2020 red truck that was on the lot. It was more expensive, but we ended up purchasing that truck. He also went above and beyond by giving us his cell number to ensure we were happy with our purchase and for future customer service needs. Thank you to Lakeland Ford for allowing Mr. Uria to operate with professionalism, intuitiveness, humor, and compassion. We will recommend Lakeland Ford and if needed become repeat customers. All the staff at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. But, my sales person Frank U. was awesome. In April of 2020 I bought a 2019 hyundai Santa Fee from Frank U. I had a terrible accident on 08 friendly. But, my sales person Frank U. was awesome. In April of 2020 I bought a 2019 hyundai Santa Fee from Frank U. I had a terrible accident on 08/26/20 which the car was a total loss. With the help from Frank U. ,and the lakeland automall I was able to get back on the road again. I am now blessed with a 2020 Ford Edge and I love it. The customer service, and the price was unbelieveable. Most importantly it's hard to find a sale person who is honest and fair! More

Lakeland Ford is a great dealership to purchase a new vehicle from. I have been going to Lakeland since 2013 and everyone has always been courteous and professional (including the service and maintenance vehicle from. My 2013 experience with James Wrinkle was pleasant and informative. He answered all my questions, explained the amenities of all vehicles being considered and I never felt rushed to make a purchase. The experience was such a positive visit that my daughter decided to purchase a car as well. I’ve been back for a trade-up several times and each experience has been just as informative and professional as the first. This weekend I was there again for a trade-up and was assisted by Manny Goveo who was just as knowledgeable and professional explaining all the bells and whistles of potential vehicles. Although James is now the manager, he took the time to meet with me and make sure all questions had been answered. Since my first experience with Lakeland Ford, I have always recommended them anytime someone even mentions the possibility of a car purchase. Thanks to Manny Goveo and James Wrinkle for making the most recent purchase just as positive as my first visit to Lakeland Ford. More
Being a hospitality professional and trainer, it saddens me when I have to speak negatively about how I was spoken to and felt while talking to the quick lane service person today. He (I choose not to give his name), never acknowledged me with a greeting once I was handed over to him. He seemed more interested in the information that he was inputting into the computer. No actual eye contact, while answering my simple questions and seemed annoyed that I was asking them. I wanted to have (2) key fobs programmed and I guess because I had purchased the identical after market fobs to the ones I was given with the Flex, it wasn't worth him really caring. His answers to my questions were very unconcerned and I was told that what he was working on needed to be completed before he could schedule me to come in and get them done. I asked him the price and it was well above what I already knew the price would be (prior research and calling around to Ford dealerships for pricing). I have to admit, this is the second time within the past month that I have come to this dealership for parts and this situation and both times, the people that I spoke or dealt with had little to no customer service skills and seemed uncaring or that I was annoying them. I totally understand things are a bit crazy with the pandemic but there is no reason that a person should make a potential client or guest feel as though they are annoying or less important than the last or next. After two times coming to this dealership, I will not be making a return visit and will not encourage others to do so. I would not want them to have to go through the same things that I encountered. I did not feel welcomed or wanted at Lakeland Ford and will travel to another dealership for any future service that maybe need for my Flex or future purchases. It's a shame that the most important aspects of a person visit to an establishment are lost because people do not have proper hospitality and customer care skills. These are two skills that make a bad experience "better" and a great experience "amazing". I single star rating is honestly more than is deserved at this time. More
