I live in Atlanta and purchased a 2020 f350 dually, sales part was easy, but they dragged their feet on the delivery, gave me a lot of excuses, but finally recieved. I have been driving these trucks since s part was easy, but they dragged their feet on the delivery, gave me a lot of excuses, but finally recieved. I have been driving these trucks since super duty came out, so i know all the in and outs of what i want and how to communicate. I had to have the goose neck package installed but when the truck arrived it did not have the ball, or chain hook ups included which comes in a case. They did not honor, and said that would be almost 400 dollars to mail to you after i spent 70k. i have repeatedly called and texted with no response. i will be calling Ford directly. More
