Bait and switch Your dealership advertised a price online; however, that price was not available. In addition to the online advertised price $2500 in deal accessories Your dealership advertised a price online; however, that price was not available. In addition to the online advertised price $2500 in deal accessories was required as well as roughly $1000 in processing fees were required. So the actual price was 3.5K higher than list. Honest advertising would include the price you can purchase the car for prior to tax, tag, and title. The finance department also did it's best to up sell unnecessary warranties in an obfuscated way. You believe you're there (financial department) to finalize purchase paperwork and make a payment but then they want to give you another sales pitch. This should have been discussed with the sales person not by tacking on additional cost to the purchase price and a forced sales pitch. Overall the experience started of well with the sales guy and the test drive. It then proceeded directly down hill as it became apparent we could not buy the car for the advertised price. It is incredibly rude to wait someones time with false advertising. More
