Waste Of My Time I personally Called ahead Explained Credit ,Made a appointment . ASKED them to ONLY run my credit through Ford Motor and if did not go through, I ask I personally Called ahead Explained Credit ,Made a appointment . ASKED them to ONLY run my credit through Ford Motor and if did not go through, I ask them NOT TO RUN through anybody else as I could get my own financing, They ASSURED me they would not, Got home to find out they ran it 5 Times,So decided to NEVER purchase a Vehicle from here, I do NOT deal with people that lie,yes I realize it only counts as one inquiry BUT the LIE is what made me NOT TRUST TO EVER BUY FROM THEM. Also prices much Cheaper At other Dealers,so financing is easier as well. I thought Dodge was bad BUT NO.. Only problem had there they didn't have the exact truck on the lot BUT they ran my credit once only through Chrysler Dodge as I asked, so I guess I will b Buying a Dodge Ram instead of Ford More

This company cares about their customer. No high pressure sales. I spoke with many salesman from Sarasota, Plant City, Brandon Ford and none were as responsive as as John or Richard at Lakeland For pressure sales. I spoke with many salesman from Sarasota, Plant City, Brandon Ford and none were as responsive as as John or Richard at Lakeland Ford. I kept hearing Bartow Ford boast that nobody beats their prices, when I “turned around” to go to Bartow Ford I found out they are all talk and no action. Bartow Ford would not negotiate on price. All I heard from Bartow Ford is that they sell so much they don’t have to have a special end of the year price. When it came down to it Lakeland Ford was more action than words. Lakeland Ford came down on their price and beat all the other dealerships in the area. If you want salesman and a dealership that will listen to you, work with you , beat all the other dealers and treat you with respect make your last stop Lakeland Ford at the Lakeland Auto Mall, you will not be disappointed.
