Wow, they're good! After extensive research and haggling with other agencies, I discovered they all wanted me in the dealership so they could work their wiles and separa After extensive research and haggling with other agencies, I discovered they all wanted me in the dealership so they could work their wiles and separate me from my money. These folks called me and asked what they could do. We came to an agreement over the phone within minutes and we closed the deal that way. We drove two hours to find the mustang in the front lot gassed, polished and ready to go. Forms were signed, money exchanged, hands were shook and we were on our way home in 30 minutes after Deanna briefed us on the tech (I'm a dinosaur) and operations of the vehicle. She even set up Fordpass on my phone. Everything was transparent, courteous and professional. Sure was nice to be treated that way! Kudos to Deanna and Jeremy for their adult approach in doing business. Highly recommend Lakeland Automall! More
