Made it right! Our initial experience was not one to write about but we did receive an email after we left the dealership from the owner. Our initial experience included promises of discounts and stacked incentives, we drove 26miles with 2 small children only to be grossly disappointed. After we sent the email to the owner we quickly received a follow up phone call from a sales manager who was willing to listen and provide us with reasonable figures and options. Once we had the details of the deal agreed upon and our vehicle selected we agreed to drive back to Lakeland and give another opportunity. We were met with both sales manager and sales representative who quickly got all our information into the system and most importantly the figures and financing we were especting did not change. F&I was expedient and pleasant and provided us with what we needed to close the deal. Thank you for making a commitment to your clients and taking the time to really understand our needs and expectations. We left happy with the vehicle we wanted. More

It was worth the drive from Orlando. Avery did a great job of showing the different vehicles and was very patient while we made up our minds. The price negotiation was done well. We had been looking for the perfect car for me, and I knew what I wanted. I wanted a spacious car, so I decided to go from a Murano to an Explorer. We had found one in an Orlando dealership and it had everything that I wanted but it was red. So I had to settle for that color because that was the only one that they had. The very next day they sold it and now we were back to square one. I had everything ready, I also had my bank pre approval ready, but nothing. My husband kept looking and he found this dealer in Lakeland where there it was the perfect car, it was light in the interior, spacious and...blue! Just how I wanted, my husband made the appointment and gave the Betty the security that we will be going the same day after I get out from work and we did it! We were received by a team member Jadyel Cintron and we did the test drive and during this time the car had written in the windshield the price $23,200. The online price was $21,201.00 and we were like, ok I got pre approved by my bank for $21,200.00, my husband ask the salesperson if he could do a price arrangement for the $21,201.00 and he said that the online price was already discounted, so we will get the car for the online price. So if someone get to the Dealership to buy the car they will buy it for the price listed on the car. But because we saw it online we will get it for the $21,200.00. Everything went we'll (or so we thought). The car is under my name, is my first car!!! After I signed all the papers, he went to talk with the finance guy, I don't really know what its was taking them so long. I had the pre approval ready and everything and he was taking forever. When we finally went to see the finance person, he said the he "found us a better deal with another bank that was not the one that got me pre approve I n the first place. I don't even know how many times he run my credit! When we finally got home tired, my husband realize that we bought the car for the prize that said on the windshield when we were doing the drives test. $23,200.00 not $21,20.00! Their excused was that with taxes and everything the total was that price $23,00.00 (how convenient). The $21,001.00 price was never to be found. We gave $4,000.00 cash so the price should be $17,000.00 and then they should added the taxes and everything. We will end up paying almost $27,000.00 for the car. On Friday we received a call from one of the customers representatives. Barbara, we explain the whole ordeal to her. She said that she saw the online price and she will take the information to one of her supervisors and he will be contacting us shortly and we are still waiting for the call.(BTW is been more than two weeks.) I just feel that they just wanted to make the sales and they play around with your time, your credit, your money and your patient and that if you try to speak upon, your never get any answers, I hope that this review help any future car buyer not only here but anywhere any car dealer, so heads up. More
