Extremely satisfied. I was looking for a specific model Ford product with a specific color combination, and specific features that I desired. At the time of my inquiry, t I was looking for a specific model Ford product with a specific color combination, and specific features that I desired. At the time of my inquiry, they had one in stock. I saw the car, they made an offer and I told them I would sleep on it. Called the next day and it had been sold. I indicated that that was alright by me because I had a back-up car at another dealership with a better price but the interior color was my second choice. Within an hour of my conversation with the salesman (Lawrence Christian), he called back and said they had found exactly what I was looking for at another dealership and could have the car to me that afternoon at the price I was willing to pay. That's what I call INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Kuddos to Lawrence Christian! Will seek him out again when I'm ready to buy another Ford. More

Poor customer service- I also enjoy speaking with Frank Uria, he is one of your best salesman, he listens and understands the customer concern; which is so welcomed and resp I also enjoy speaking with Frank Uria, he is one of your best salesman, he listens and understands the customer concern; which is so welcomed and respected. He is a top salesman, however your finance individual is crude and rude. I didn't enjoy his crude remarks: "How much interest are you paying with your loan from USAA, how long are you financing for? Truly, these questions are the customers business when my bank is paying the car loan. There was no Congratulations! or any great news from him. Why or Why do individual such as him have the opportunity to deal with paying clients. So I would give my sales representative, Frank Uria the highest rating.....however the finance personel was horrid. Also, the internet, had a vehicle that I wanted to purchase which was a used truck or what you call now a pre-owned vehicle and then when the price of the vehicle was over $1334 to the price on the internet, that took me by complete surprise so I bought a vehicle that was less; which means that the dealership could have sold me a vehicle in a higher value, but settle for a much lesser value. On another note, I did buy two new vehicle from the salesman Frank Uria last year and I loved his support and respect; this time I was disappointed with the Support Staff. Sorry Frank Uria, it will get better if only the personnel had more courtesy and sales rapport. I guess the staff needs training and lot of training.....:-( More
