First car buying experience I just bought a 2017 Ford Escape from Deanna Iaboni, I had the most wonderful customer service experience from the door being opened for me by the fab I just bought a 2017 Ford Escape from Deanna Iaboni, I had the most wonderful customer service experience from the door being opened for me by the fabulous Deanna to the searching process in finding exactly what I am looking for to the signing process with Elvis who was very patient with my 5 yr old daughter, to programming my phone to my car and msking sure I have everything I need. I have children and Deanna and Elvis took extra care with them. The most important thing is they found me a car I could afford with a great warranty, and I feel like she really fought for me to have the best deal possible. I love my new car and would recommend Deanna to friends and family if they ever need to buy a car. This was my first new car buying experience (which can be pretty scary) and they made me feel comfortable the entire time. I will be back when Im ready to trade this one in More

New car purchase my husband and I were in Lakeland for my mother’s memorial service and we live in Texas. We decided that it was time to replace my 2007 F150. We stopped by the dealership and purchased a new 2019 F150 xlt. All of the staff there was pleasant and accommodating. There was a nice waiting area and a cafe. The food served was very good and served with smiles. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Avery did an excellent job explaining all the functions of the many buttons and everything the truck can do as we are elderly and a bit unsure of new technologies. He set us up on FordPass which I find helpful and love! Our long trip back to Texas was very comfortable and safe. We love our new F150! My husband any I prefer Ford products.
