Once I arrived, I was paired with a sweet lady that did a great job, as well as my other salesman, Lawrence. They were both very knowledgeable and never pressured me at all. The finance gentleman was also a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about all warranties, GAP, etc..... I was very impressed that the LIFETIME WARRANTY AND UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY as well as the Zurich protection for the inside and outside were INCLUDED in the price of the vehicle. Also the 1 year of free maintenance was a nice perk too! I highly recommend anyone looking for a GREAT buying experience to please visit Lakeland Ford.
