While waiting, I took a walk around the show room just passing the time until my Explorer was ready. Kurtis Cook and I struck up a conversation about the 2019 Ford Edge. I was familiar with that model from a recent rental when traveling. Kurtis, very knowledgeable ,discussed some options and then proceeded to show me an Edge in stock. After a test drive, we worked on a sale. True enough there is always some "discussion and back-and-forth"; but once I was where I needed to be, the process could not have been easier. Paper work completed and repairs completed on my Explorer I can't say enough good about the dealership and Kurtis who after the sale took the time to "show and tell" all the new features of my new Edge. Great experience! More
