Upon arrival, he was attentive to vehicle specifics and worked quickly to have our trade in evaluated. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle took the time to explain all of the options. The only issue was when a particular fiancé associate got involved and decided against our wishes that we needed to purchase the overpriced Zurich protection package and used some underhanded tactics to include it in the deal, which changed the previously negotiated out the door price. We caught the discrepancy and were close to leaving when a sales manager got involved and made the the situation right. Hank, in finance was very apologetic and seemed to want to do the right thing. We spent several hours on what should have been a seemless transaction, complicated by a dishonest individual. Overall, I would recommend this dealership but buyer beware, just because you have an out the door price, doesn’t mean certain people won’t try to deceive and cheat to make a few extra bucks. More
