Quick, easy, good terms. This is my second purchase from Lakeland Ford and Damon Nielsen. This time, I upgraded my ride to a 2018 Ford Focus S. My experience was as expected, just like four years ago, which is why I came back. It was quick and easy, I got the brand new car that I wanted, and the finance terms negotiated with Justin Kokenda are terms that I am happy with. It inspires confidence when: 1. The certified pre-owned Ford vehicle I was trading in had absolutely zero problems over nearly 80,000 miles. I bought this vehicle from Lakeland Ford in 2014. 2. You're there to witness the Ford President's Award being presented to the dealership (AND the staff invite you to share their celebration lunch). This type of recognition says a lot about the quality of the products and service. 3. You receive a lifetime warranty on any new vehicle that you purchase for as long as you own the car. This was a huge draw to purchase again from Lakeland Ford. Had I gone to any of the other dealerships in the area, I would've received only the standard Ford warranty. Again: Lakeland Ford's warranty offer says a lot about the quality of the products and service. I really like my new Focus, and I'm sure I'll like the next generation of Focus even better when it comes time to trade. I plan to return to Lakeland Ford and ask for Damon and Justin when that time comes. More
