Pressure-free new car purchase! I originally went in for routine service on my 2013 Explorer that had 93,600 miles. I went to finance to see how much it would be to get an extension on my extended warranty. Justin Kokenda, in finance, suggested I see how much I could get for my Explorer as a trade-in for a new vehicle. I was clear that I didn't want anyone to pressure me into purchasing a new vehicle, so he partnered me with Matthew Robinson. Matthew recommended a 2018 Ford Escape. Matthew was so awesome to work with and didn't pressure me in the least. Also, I have pretty crummy credit but the finance department was able to get me financed through Ford Credit with a decent percentage rate and I ended up driving home in my first ever brand new car! My entire experience was no pressure whatsoever and I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle! More
