We had a poor experience elsewhere and expectations were low, however, Matthew worked hard to find the truck I wanted in the color I requested. At one point he offered to send us elsewhere as he was having trouble locating within his network. This genuine offer was what kept me with Lakeland. We ended up going with a newer model just to stay with Matthew. He walked us through all aspects of the purchase and went over all options available. Matthew made the purchase effortless and we left feeling great about the deal we received. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Matthew Robinson as your sales advisor. More

Don't buy a used car here! I recently purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from Lakeland Ford. There was a missing tailgate cap that was to be replaced and I was told that there was a 3 I recently purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from Lakeland Ford. There was a missing tailgate cap that was to be replaced and I was told that there was a 30 day warranty on the vehicle. I noticed an oil leak Friday and was told that I have a rear main seal leak that will cost $1400.00 to repair. I was also told that there is no warranty so it is my problem. While this is a 134k truck, I would expect the dealer to offer some accommodation and to take care of the tailgate repair as promised. Awesome experience! I had my doubts that I could get another car. Mine had skin cancer & the transmission was a joke, I was even $4000 upsidedown on it, and it had over 9 I had my doubts that I could get another car. Mine had skin cancer & the transmission was a joke, I was even $4000 upsidedown on it, and it had over 90,000 miles on it. But wow not only did I get a NEW car they cut my finance charges almost in half. It's a bigger car with better milage as well! How awesome is that?! More
