I will honestly say, Van Phillips was the most down to earth, honest salesman I've dealt with in all of my purchases. I will easily recommend any of my friends, family or anyone else to go to Lakeland Ford and see Van Phillips if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. If I ever buy a new truck again, which is not likely since my new 2017 F250 will last infinity miles, I will buy only from Lakeland Ford. Overall great service and pristine dealership. Good people. A true FAMILY dealership! The Journey to help my husband find the perfect truck for him has been quite an experience to say the least. I looked at dealerships from Jacksonville to Miami. I am so thankful God led me to Lakeland Automall and most of all to Damon. The diligence and dedication Damon put into finding just the right truck is beyond words for me. But I want to personally thank Damon for all the work that he did and most of all for his patience and understanding along the way. I would also like to add we had to bring the truck back the day after we purchased it because of a glitch in the touch screen. I truly am glad that happened. While sitting in the lobby waiting for the truck we were able to witness how each and every person thsy was getting something done to their vehicle was treated as though they were friends and family.
