Very thorough from start to finish The salesman covered all aspects of the vehicle I was looking at before we test drove it. Finance covered all my options, and got me a really good rate. Vehicle delivery was smooth and again the salesman Corey Borah, covered the features of the radio and set up my phone to be linked up. He even picked radio stations based on what I had in my old car. Now that is attention to detail. More

2015 Mustang GT routine service. Took my GT in for routine service on 06/21. Tim was my service advisor for this visit. He was great to work with and kept me informed during service. I had complained about the AC not cooling properly. They checked it out and found out it has a bad evaporator coil. He had they recharge the system and was very apologic about that happening. The problem is Ford is backordered on the coil till 07/05.He said how sorry he4 was that it was backordered from ford but will call when it's in and have it replaced. During that time a replacement vehicle will be given for my use. He's great and kept me informed about the situation. All in all I am very pleased with how he handeled it even thought it took longer that a normal service visit but now have cold air again. More

Phenomenal experience! My experience with Lakeland Ford was one I wasn't expecting. Within minutes of walking in the door, I was greeted. Charlie was very nice and listened to my concerns about buying another Ford. I haven't had the best of luck in the past, but Charlie convinced me to give them another shot. Before going on a test drive, I was given a bumper to bumper (literally!) tour of the Ford Escape, something I have never experienced previously. That will stick with me for sure. Being shown the all of the features, including safety features goes a long way. I feel very confident in my purchase, and will recommend Lakeland Ford to others. More

Beware of Lakeland Ford - vehicle advertised on line for over one week was not actually same vehicle as presented upon arrival. I was told by the salesman "that is a mistake - vehicle advertised on line for over one week was not actually same vehicle as presented upon arrival. I was told by the salesman "that is a mistake on the Internet; they know about it but haven't changed it yet". Quite misleading. - used car salesman Bob M. was unprofessional, at best. Flannel shirt and dirty ball cap. Complained about the number of hours he worked. Used foul language. Clearly tried to hurry me along. - I liked the vehicle, so I bought it. No regrets in vehicle. Price a little high, but fair. Trade in value for my car was fair. - despite spending $26k on a vehicle and driving an hkur, the salesman was gracious enough to to put 1/2 a tank of fuel in the car. First car in 25 vehicles that the car didn't come with a full tank. - salesman forgot to give me a required item for car. I called and spoke with him four times. Each time he blamed another department and assured me that he would call me back the next day. I never received a single returned phone call from him. - car was not washed upon delivery; another disappointing first experience in 25 cars. - I left a message for two managers regarding forgotten item and absence of basic courtesy of a returned call. No one returned my call. - I called the general manager and his secretary was wonderful. She solved the concern immediately and I ended up finally receiving a phone call after two weeks of trying. The manager was great. Lesson learned for me: next time I get an unprofessional used car salesman, ask for someone else, or just leave. My experience with my salesman was clearly not something the owners of this dealership would want representing them. More
