Out of all the vehicles we’ve bought elsewhere, this is the WORST buying experience we’ve ever had!! The back driver door handle didn’t work when we bought it, they said they could get it in the next day, the WORST buying experience we’ve ever had!! The back driver door handle didn’t work when we bought it, they said they could get it in the next day, they couldn’t. Had to wait a week to get it in then it sat there for a week waiting on parts and they would not give us a rental vehicle nor any of our money back. We went round and round with service department and asked for call backs from service and even the preowned manager and they would never call us back until we called back AGAIN! Sales guy was great but feel bad for him at this shady dealer. Lesson learned. Will keep our business with Bartow Ford. More
