Jackson is a good salesman. He convinced me to buy an F150 Platinum that they had on the lot when I was only going in to order one. We negotiated for a couple of hours but the process was straight forward. There was a dealer markup on the vehicle and it didn't have some of the options I wanted but in the end, Jackson was able to bring the vehicle down to MSRP or at least close to it and I decided to purchase the vehicle. I recommend Jackson if you want to make a deal. Edit: I was told I needed to give 5 stars for some performance review reason but I would give the dealership 4 stars because they weren't selling at MSRP. Jackson gets 5 stars from me. More

He test drove with us and made us feel like we could not only trust him but trust which vehicle would be right for us. We found the perfect car for us, thanks in no small part to Avery. Once we found the right vehicle, Avery fought, until after the dealership had closed, to make sure we got the price we needed as well. That vehicle was totaled recently and we live too far to be able to purchase with Avery in Lakeland. But, we have yet to find a sales agent which has made us feel as cared for and as special as Avery did. More
