Decided that my 90 year old mother in law should stop driving so we picked up the car which she keep every service record since new. Discorvered that Lakeland FL Hyundai has been sticking it to her over driving so we picked up the car which she keep every service record since new. Discorvered that Lakeland FL Hyundai has been sticking it to her over the past 10 years or so. Unknown to us she was going into the service center every 6 months on their recommendation for a check up. Mind you the car only has 48000 mi its a 2009 Sonata only driven a little around town. They changed the oil at less than 2000 miles and one time changed it at 220 miles. sold her 2 sets of 4 tires, flushed the trans at about 5000 mi. added air to the tires multi times and claimed they patched them. $116.00 to change a bulb in the break light. It goes on and on. Looks like they like to take advantage of the elderly. What a sad disgusting dealership. I don't normally write reviews but this time it warranted it. Can't speak to the operation on the sales side. More
I am fully delighted at the customer service provided to me today. After several months of experiencing a very annoying popping sound coming from the bottom of my vehicle, Red Hoagland Hyundai was unable af me today. After several months of experiencing a very annoying popping sound coming from the bottom of my vehicle, Red Hoagland Hyundai was unable after 3 attempts to get it fixed. After contacting the Hyundai US Headquarters they referred me to Anthony DeVincent. He was extremely concerned and knowledgeable. He and his team diagnosed the problem and repaired it in just a few minutes. My appointment was at 9 and I was out the door by 10:30 after being offered a car wash. No more popping sound!!!! More
