I met Tom Wolf and our adventure began.a very friendly , honest and forthright man. He had contacted me .asking some questions as to type of vehicle that I might want to see. I on the other hand was finding what kind of salesman he was. He had been in the airforce 8 yrs, been in sales 18 yrs.,happily married with a young son and been with Hyundai for 10 months. I thought this will be a good person to deal with.. My instinct was tight on target. Tom sat and talked with me to find out what I wanted and he hit the mark on the first try. I chose another sonata which would now make my 5th Somata in 9 yrs. Tom went above and beyond making everything fall into place and working all in right direction for me including every detail in the transaction work perfectly.all went so smoothly.and he even bought my lunch. HYUNDAI LAKELAND AUTOMALL MINI "AUTO CITY" TEAM REVIEW Honest review that I never thought I would be writing (read more to know why). For years I had bought nothing but a Honda or Toyota and in my eyes Honest review that I never thought I would be writing (read more to know why). For years I had bought nothing but a Honda or Toyota and in my eyes Hyundai didn't reach that same level of competition until Hyundai entered the SUV market and introduced the 2020 Palisaide. Due to unforeseen circumstances of a "no fault" total loss SUV accident, I was forced to start car researching and car shopping. Everything changed when I test drove and researched Hyundai and the 2020 Palisaide. The fact that Hyunda Lakeland Auto Mall service (Tom Wolf Salesperson, Owner Greg Balasco, Elvis the Finance Man, Frescos Eatery and whole host of others who I don't even know their name) were such an organized friendly customer focused care dealership was just icing on the cake. Tom worked hard to make sure I got answers to all my questions. Our family got a tour if this very inclusive business that includes a Collision Center, Detail Center, Service Center. Truly is a one stop shop mini "Auto City". Reassuring to know that so many services can be done at one place. I have yet to put all these services (except sales) to the test and would welcome the opportunity to give another review (that includes this review) in 6, 12 and 24 months. In the end we purchased the Palisaide (10-23-19) and going forward, we put our trust in the HIGH expectation that Hyundai and Lakeland AutoMall will commit to ongoing customer care through many many years to come. He continued to keep in contact with me and I let him know that due to the fact that I am handicapped it is extremely difficult to spend an entire day buying a car. He found a car for me and was a step ahead the whole time. I appreciate his friendly nature, his "above and beyond" attitude and his willingness to get the best for me. It was a wonderful experience.
