Lakeland Hyundai WE specifically went to the Hyundai dealership because of the warranty Hyundai offers. We had been looking at other vehicles, so we were not necessari WE specifically went to the Hyundai dealership because of the warranty Hyundai offers. We had been looking at other vehicles, so we were not necessarily looking to purchase that day. We had contacted the dealership online initially, and found they had the one that we were most likely to purchase. It was not at this location, but they made sure it was there when we arrived. When we arrived, we were greeted by Ellis Walker. Very professional looking, very personable and friendly guy. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake. Not only were we comfortable with Ellis, he actually understood our "quirky" sense of humor, and I think he felt comfortable with us. So, he took us to look at the vehicle. What a surprise to find, not only was it an SUV, it was the color we were looking for; Red. We took it for a test drive. The vehicle had everything we were looking for in a car. It drove wonderfully, it was roomy, the color was red, we had some nice conversation...we were happy. We were impressed with the car, and our salesman, Ellis. We were not necessarily going to purchase that day. But, when all was said and done, Ellis gave us some excellent information so we ended up leasing. Ellis said we could drive it home that day. I made a comment, "there's only 1 problem with that", which I think made Ellis a bit nervous (which is a part of our sense of humor, but on the more serious side), that I could not drive it home. We had been there so long, that nighttime had fallen upon us. I had recently started driving again after 6 years due to illness, and certainly have not driven that distance, nor at night. So, Ellis, going above and beyond, offered to deliver the car to us. That was the point that I was completely sold. Not only was he gracious, professional, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and everything anyone would want in a salesman, including compassionate. Thank you Lakeland Hyundai, but especially, Ellis Walker, for the "NEW" love of my life. Our 2017, Red, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport! I LOVE our new car! More

He is a genuine and knowledgeable salesman. There was no gimmicks, no bait and switch, nothing but immediate attention. Pierre's conduct is exactly what a customer should have when they are making such a big investment. The line up of the Hyundai's is vast. Truly there is a car for everyone. For anyone who has been treated with lies, disrespect and lack of integrity...get in your car and drive over to Lakeland Hyundai. I would recommend applying for credit online with Hyundai Motor Finance prior to your visit. Being prepared and approved helps the dealership provide options for you. You will not be left sitting in a chair at a salesmen's desk, being held "hostage" while you work out your pricing. Even better, the finance department is very professional as well.
