Even though the dealership was very busy, he took the time to explain all of the cars features and answered all of my questions. There was never a time when I felt rushed or felt that I did not have his undivided attention. I was particularly impressed that he was empowered to make the best offer and not have to play the game of let me go to my boss and see if I can get you a better offer which happens in most car dealerships.
