I’ve told anywhere from 15-18 friends how stellar my experience was there and they can not believe it. I will ask them: “how long did it take the last time you bought a car?” They’ll inevitably say something like: “omg it was awful… I must have been at the dealership all day/for at least 8 hours.” I will get a smug look on my face and hold up what looks like a peace sign. They will think for a moment and then what I’m indicating will click… and they’ll yell “no way! TWO HOURS?” And because I’m comfortable with my petty smugness, I’ll add: “and that includes me forgetting my checkbook and having to run home to get it,” … just to rub salt in the wound. Not only was I in & out before I even needed to use the restroom, but I left smiling because I felt like I got a fair deal and was treated respectfully. I have already recommended Jim to friends and will continue to do so. Absolutely stellar experience. More

My initial contact was via text with an interest in the 2023 Tucson SEL. I explained that I was waiting to find out the fate of my current vehicle after being involved in an accident. I arrived and was greeted by Mark and Abraham. Mark worked the sale with me after we went for a test drive. I let him know up front where I wanted to be with my payment and he didn’t disappoint. Brad in Finance was also personable while we nailed down the final paperwork. Mark, Brad and this dealership deserve 5 stars!
