The sales team we worked with, Caitlin, Robert and Abu, were so helpful and professional and there was a very positive vibe at the dealership at all times. Even employees that weren't working directly with us were still very friendly and helpful; we felt very welcome. It took us awhile to decide what we wanted and we had lots of questions, Caitlin and Robert were very patient and understanding and did not try to push us into anything. They let us take our time and we ended up getting a perfect fit for our family. After the purchase, we still had lots of questions and continued to contact Caitlin on a regular basis. She was very responsive and helpful, treating us like we were still clients and answering our questions even though she was very busy trying to close out the month.
