I went to the dealership to just look. I had been on the fence about a new car for a while. I did not plan to buy the day I went and was given the space to "just look". Mack ended up comi I had been on the fence about a new car for a while. I did not plan to buy the day I went and was given the space to "just look". Mack ended up coming out to talk to me with no pressure at all, just to see what I was looking for. Instead of "selling me" he just listened and helped me look. I told him I had reservations about buying that day because I needed the tow package on my old car to move my son into his college apartment. Mack took the time to make sure that when I decided to buy, there would be a tow package installed in time for the move. By the end of the day I had a new car and could not have been happier. Mack took the reigns on making sure everything was done on time, and keeps in touch to make sure I am still happy with my purchase. I saw him the other day in the dealership when I was getting my oil changed. Not only did he remember me, he took the time to talk to me while I waited. The next time I need a car, he is my guy!
