I recently (11/11/21) bought my daughter a car there. I made it clear that I would finance through them only to get the rebate. They made it very confusing and in the end I did not get the rebate the finan made it clear that I would finance through them only to get the rebate. When I questioned it and said that I didn’t think it was fair they didn’t explain this to me Sean Fraleigh (finance) got rude with me and told me to bring my car back and tear up the papers. He must have had me on speaker phone because then a Mr. Marty Quezergue jumped into the conversation and introduced himself as a sales manager. He proceeded to tell me how I should’ve understood this and he had his finance guys back. He also told me to bring my car back and he HUNG UP ON ME ! Believe me if it was my car I would have taken it back but it was for my daughter. I bought my daughter the car of her dreams last night. All went well until I realized this morning they did not give me a rebate of $1500 for financing through Kia. When I called to inquire I was told that they did everything fairly. He ended up telling me if I wasn't happy to bring my car back and he will tear up the papers. I told him that was rude after the purchase I made last night and a man got on the phone and said he was "Marty Quezergue sales manager". He proceeded to say he had the finance guys back and got very angry and also told me to bring my car back and he hung up the phone on me!!! I have been had!!! More
