I live in Alaska and was naturally reserved about making a purchase all the way in Texas, which is 4000 miles from me. The distance made no difference because John made it feel as though he were down the road. He never once delayed a response to any of the many, many emails and phone calls I made to him…..even on the weekends! Due to our logistics I had to put a lot of trust in John and he never once let me down. This was a leap of faith for me. After less than 2 weeks of talking to John, I was on a plane flying for an 11 hour flight to Texas to meet a flawless 911 Porsche. Once I arrived, James a sales assistant picked me up at my hotel. How accommodating is that? I then met John and drove the most amazing car. Louie had all the paperwork inline and ready to go. After a thorough tutorial and walk around with John, I bought it. What a dream come true. These folks are prepared to do what’s required to make you feel comfortable and welcome to ensure you are satisfied with not only the car but the entire process. They were up to date on the legalities on purchasing a car and living in another state, shipping cost, registration, and the licensing. John was aware of my plan to drive the car across America on a once and in a lifetime solo trip. He was always one step ahead of me, such as suggesting a 3M clear coat bra to be installed to protect the paint from its pending adventure. But going one step further and seeing to it that other potential problem areas were coated. This is the service I’m talking about. I really can’t sum up in this email how John had taken care of every little detail. To help you relate, I can tell you the next car I buy will be from John. Not only did I buy a beautiful one of a kind Porsche, I made a friend, 2 actually. I was able to meet John’s wife Kelly when they took me out for dinner. John and Louie prepared all the paperwork and had it ready for signature as well as the vehicle ready for delivery when I arrived. I must say it was an extremely seamless and efficient buying process which I find very important due to my very busy schedule. It was our first experience purchasing a vehicle without actually seeing it and it was a good experience so when we were in the market for a newer Audi we found the exact one we wanted at Lamborghini Dallas. My husband sent a message via eBay and received an instant response from John Hrad. We were so impressed by his prompt response and willingness to answer our questions without being pushy. He followed up with us and kept in constant contact with my husband. John is extremely professional over email and you can sense that he is a good guy and just wants his customer to be happy. He treated us as if we were his only customer. He was also very knowledgable about the car and even shared with us that his wife had an A5 and that she really liked it. When it came down to negotiating the price, John was very patient with us. We were skeptical to complete the sale because we hadn't sold our other car and he didn't make us feel pressured or that he was no longer interested. He kept asking what he could do to help us get into this car. In the end, he did everything possible for us and made it happen! We then worked with Louie Bonsukan on the financing and again, Louie was very professional, very friendly and great to work with. Louie was in constant contact with my husband regarding every aspect of the financing and he made it such an effortless process. Our car was delivered yesterday and it exceeded our expectations!! The pictures online were so impressive and when this car arrived we were speechless. People we've talked to are so afraid to purchase a vehicle online but I have to admit we have had a better experience working with Lamborghini Dallas then we have had in the past working with our local dealers. John and Louie made this process so easy that we didn't have to do anything except sign the papers! Other online dealers we've worked with didn't arrange for shipping, which would have made this process so much more difficult. I would also like to mention that their ad on eBay Motors was very descriptive, and the pictures were the best I've seen. I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about this experience. I wish we could meet Louie and John in person to tell them how happy we are and how this has been the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle! He made what should be a fun and great experience in purchasing a half of million car just that. I had sent my 2009 Gallardo for sale through the Dallas dealership when buying my 2013 Aventador and that was a fair and positive experience also. Dallas Lamborghini handled the trasportation on the cars at their expense and that help cement the deal to allow me to use them. My only regret is that I will not be able to continue to use them for follow up service because of my location in Georgia and they are in Texas. More
