To be charged over $20,000 for a repair on a card with 15,000 miles is insane! I had to pay to downgrade the battery because they don’t make it anymore. What’s worse is the radio broke the battery. No misuse just the radio decided to break and also break the battery. No warranty on a car we paid $300,000 for on any of this. All out of pocket and all defects with the car. This was the worst experience ever. More
