The company for the warranty went bankrupt, but Lamoureux stood by their commitment to us and fixed the car free!! We then purchased, three years ago, another used car. Now we have just leased a brand new C-Max Energi. The sales people and owner are hands on but not in your face. There is help with any questions, but no hard sell. We took over two weeks to test drive twice and research our choices. This was never a problem with the sales person, Bob, or the owner [who is frequently present at the dealership]. We travel almost 20 miles to go to this dealership because of their honesty. More
