A straight forward, pleasant experience So my new truck purchase was a long time coming. From initial research to driving my truck off the lot, I'd say it was at least a year. In that time I watched and read more car reviews than I care to admit. I also test drove plenty of vehicles before deciding on getting a new F-150. So while looking I visited probably a dozen dealerships and scoured the websites of 60-70 more in search of my future truck. Combine that with my previous car buying experiences and let's just say I've seen plenty examples of the stereotypical car dealership experience. Lamoureux was happily different. After reaching out online I was contacted by Derek who, rather than throw the rebate book at me to give the lowest yet impossible price, actually asked questions to gather all my applicable rebates, incentives, and discounts while explaining everything to my satisfaction. I was out of state at the time and happily set an appointment for a few days later where I met Gary. A professional in his field, Gary outlined everything about the truck, taught me a thing or two, and wrote me up. Overall a seamless stress-free experience. Oh, putting a hold sign on the truck with my name on it was a nice touch! Peter did all of my necessary paperwork. In keeping with the theme up to that point, he was straight forward, expedient, and thorough. Overall, my experience with Lamoureux made it easy to click 5 stars in this review.
