I am very unhappy with the service I received. I asked for my tires to be inflated to 35. They were not inflated to MY specifications. I also stated leaking air after my rotation. I took my car to another place and I had a bolt in one of my tires. This should have been addressed from Lampe since I was told and noticed that the bolt had been in my tire for some time. I also noticed on my paperwork that the power steering fluid was not checked but for some reason it states it was filled. I don't think that I will be taking my car back to Lampe. Also they washed my car with some kind of wax. Because I had to scrub my car to get it off when I got home. I'm a loyal customer but not being treated as one. And they keep inflating their prices. Short version Took truck in for tranny service on a Thursday picked up that evening oil all under truck Friday morning washed it off took on 200 mile trip pulling my dump trailer loaded got home in aft Thursday picked up that evening oil all under truck Friday morning washed it off took on 200 mile trip pulling my dump trailer loaded got home in afternoon parked truck let idle check tranny fluid none on stick was dry called right away took truck back to dealer (an hour and twenty minutes away)they topped fluid off not happy with that should have not happened More

Matt was very helpful in getting us in for service. Service Dept. evaluated the car (Jeep Grand Cherokee), found the problem, and had it fixed quickly. Matt didn't know that the week we had car problem Service Dept. evaluated the car (Jeep Grand Cherokee), found the problem, and had it fixed quickly.
