We have been looking for a Grand Cherokee for the last few weeks and found exactly what we were looking for online at Lancaster Honda. Given that Lancaster was a 2-hour drive from our home, we really wanted to have details of our deal completely finalized before showing up to the lot. Tommy and Jesse were awesome and we texted back and forth with all the information they needed the night before so when we arrived in the morning, we’d be all set. Jared and Tommy greeted us at the lot in the morning and were super helpful, warm and kind. Honestly, the whole team here is extremely professional and the dealership itself is really nice. We got through all the paperwork and were out the door in a pretty quick manner. I would highly recommend working with Tommy, Jesse, Jared and Noe - they are all awesome and very trustworthy. 5 stars to the whole team!!!! More
