Chris and Jesse were great to work with-Noe made the deal happen as well. I want to be transparent and say that I did have a misunderstanding on some warranties once I was dealing with the finance person. I happen as well. I called the dealership later in the week and spoke with Tim-we agreed upon a resolution. In the end Lancaster Honda came through and I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them again. Once a deal is done I think most dealerships would tell you to pound rocks but Lancaster Honda made the deal right- so rare these days-Thank you! More
