Service manager was Stacia Delaney and she is a very sincere I went to Honda Lancaster, CA. And their service is super good. I got two recall services fixed the same day. The only minor thing that the service I went to Honda Lancaster, CA. And their service is super good. I got two recall services fixed the same day. The only minor thing that the service department can do better is that the car should stay as clean as before. My car after finished service, it came out with a lot of dirt. I know this is not big deal as far as they got the problem fixed. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and I would give them FIVE STARS. More

Bad customer service by Internet sales First time me and my husband walked in we Walked for about 2 hours looking at cars and no one acknowledged us. 2nd time we got a price quote and a tes First time me and my husband walked in we Walked for about 2 hours looking at cars and no one acknowledged us. 2nd time we got a price quote and a test drive but we left because we weren't happy with the price. Then we decided to give the Internet sales a try. Well Internet sales Tony Cripin was very insisting at first but after a few emails he stopped replying. Not willing to negotiate price and emailed back a week later asking if we still wanted a car. By that time we had already bought our new Honda Civic ex 2017. If you want good customer service go to Auto Nation Honda in Valencia. Stay away from car dealers in the A.V. More

Pleasant Experience I went in to trade my 2015 Honda Civic for a newer model. Because I was indecisive and hesitant, I was at the dealership for quite a while.
