I had some issues on my new odyssey and they took care of them and I didn't hav If you own a Honda then Lancaster Honda service department is awesome! So if you have and oil change or issue with your Honda them call Jim and get down there because they are a great service department! More

Oil change I took my car in for an oil change with Jim Monroe. He was professional and courteous. My car was done in under one hour. The original service dept. i I took my car in for an oil change with Jim Monroe. He was professional and courteous. My car was done in under one hour. The original service dept. is back in working order so it is much easier to get in and out without a hassle. What started as a warm phone conversation with Wes McClelland ended with a follow up call and personalized thank you card from our salesperson Cory Fuller. Wes delivered a solid performance over the phone. Definitely didn't over promise or under deliver. He was informative, enthusiastic, and most importantly, he set the appointment. From the moment my wife and I arrived on the lot (unannounced) salesperson Cory Fuller was very friendly, attentive, and showed initiative to assist us from start to finish. By listening more than he spoke, Cory was able to quickly zero in on my family's needs and take us right to car we were looking for. The rest was streamlined. We negotiated a price we were happy with, and we were in and out in under three and a half hours. We were never pressured. Throughout the entire process both Cory and Wes were honest, professional, and proved to be OUTSTANDING representatives of the Honda brand. Excellent job guys! More
