Got charged $1247. 42 for ignition key replacement. ($501.05 charged for lock assembly and $690 for labor, $56.37 for sales tax for a total of $1247.42) I felt like I g 42 for ignition key replacement. The two new keys provided were just plain keys with no electronics. Not happy! More
Back in February 8th I brought my vehicle in for service and one of their technicians took it out for a test drive. He got involved into an accident and they totaled my car, after 2/3 months of wait the lia and one of their technicians took it out for a test drive. But in the meantime I was never provided nor rental neither reimbursement for the extra months I paid without having my car in my posesión. I continue to call to be assisted. They offer you call back but still nothing. Insurance sends me a 200$ check because that’s my equity from loan amount. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Sales department is a whole different Story. If you buy a car here, just don’t provide your trust to no one in the service department. Because they won’t take care of you as they promise, neither they feel bad as they say they do. More
If I could, I would leave at zero stars due to, Cody Broderick, the service manager. I had an issue with my car and the rental. My vehicle sat at their dealership for over a month and a half. My car had not been touched. I saw that it had not moved since I had dropped it off and I was told that the mechanic was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for another week. All the while, I am paying for a rental out of my pocket. When I a called and complained to the service manager, Cody Broderick, not only was he unprofessional but screamed at me over the phone and told me I had issues and I was a liar. He then did a conference call, over speaker with one of the team members who told me my vehicle would be worked on in a timely manner and there was a back-and-forth with the team member saying she never said this and myself saying that she did. Again, Cody then called me a liar, and then proceeded to hang up on me. A day later, the service manager, Cody Broderick, called and apologized to me. He told me, “he just was having a bad day”. You’re having a bad day so you scream at a customer and pass your frustration out on them? Oh, thank you, now I had a bad day as well. He was beyond unprofessional. My cars issue was never fixed, I still have issues with my Honda CRV to this day but, I refuse to ever return to the Honda dealership in Lancaster, California. Not only are they abusive, but they don’t take care of the problem. They just want money and if they’re having a bad day, take it out on their customers. Listen when you work you take your emotions out of it you separate your personal life from work! I will never go back to Honda or buy from them ever again due to his unprofessionalism. More

I have been to a few Honda Service Departments through my different cars lives, and by far Honda Lancaster has had the worst service I have had to deal with. They never answer the phone when you call, or do different cars lives, and by far Honda Lancaster has had the worst service I have had to deal with. They never answer the phone when you call, or do they call you when your vehicle is done, they text, so you can't ask any questions. Finally, when I picked up my car, they had me waiting 20 minutes before they brought it out. Never coming to this Honda dealership for Service again. More
No experience with sales but their service lane has a terrible process in place. I hate that this is the only dealer close enough for routine maintenance and warranty work. The staff seem nice enough but the efficiency is abysmal. My co-worker has also had a similar experience. When she arrived with a scheduled appointment she was told it would take 5 hours for an oil change. I think this completely unacceptable. I have a Toyota also and get it serviced at the dealer just down the street. They do things how it should be done. I likely wouldn’t buy a Honda from this dealer just because of they extremely bad service lane. More
Sept 15, 2021 I had appointment 9:15 (arrived before 9 am) for 1st oil change and service. 12:15 the service was completed. No one informed me my vehicle was completed. Another bad experience with this dealer Attending a Recall for my Honda Insight last week, I dared to make an appointment again with this Dealer to maintenance for reasons of time since it i Attending a Recall for my Honda Insight last week, I dared to make an appointment again with this Dealer to maintenance for reasons of time since it is close to my house; I received the confirmation of my appointment on Tuesday 16-20 for Wednesday 17-20, my wife lost her morning work to take the vehicle to maintenance and when she arrived at the agreed time, this person Gabriela Hufragio attended her and told her that they did not give maintenance to the vehicle because they did not have the part of change. What happens to those people, what is the way to serve Honda customers, I can't believe it, and I don't know if it's my luck but again my vehicle is received by this same person who treated me so poorly on my previous visit. Hopefully someone responsible will read this comment and take action. More
