I only had to wait 3 1/2 hours which was perfect. She kept me informed about the progress because I waited for the car in their waiting room. More

You go where you know you will be respected, your multi-year investment will be taken care of, and leave knowing the work was done well... ....which is exactly how one find themselves going back. Each time we ask specifically for Stacia Delaney. No-one else. She is our Service "Go To". It was Honda Lancaster who sold us on the new Accord EXL-V6 - and to date no regrets since. (Go look at any online review of this car to see why) But it was Stacia who sold us on the post-sale experience. As they say, you choose where you go back to. (15 months and counting). More
