Finally fixed I bought my Honda Accord in 2016 . Shortly after, my FM radio would cut out. occasionally. I took it into the dealership I was told they were waiting I bought my Honda Accord in 2016 . Shortly after, my FM radio would cut out. occasionally. I took it into the dealership I was told they were waiting for a software update. Finally after a year-and-a-half when I called again, I was hooked up with Jim Monroe, at the service center who actually took the time to look into my problem, found the update which I was beginning to believe didn't exist and fixed my car. I am eternally grateful to him and any service I need in the future, I will seek him out. Thank you Honda and Jim Monroe. More
Auto problem I bought my Ridgeline in 2016. In summer of 2017, the "Emissions System problem" light came on and I took my truck in. That's when I met Jim Monroe. J I bought my Ridgeline in 2016. In summer of 2017, the "Emissions System problem" light came on and I took my truck in. That's when I met Jim Monroe. Jim was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the great attitude and professionalism. I have to return to the service department again this past Saturday for the same issue. Again, Jim was very helpful. I am a bit upset about the issue (twice in last 6 months), but Jim made the experience easier...thanks Jim 👍 More
Quick service Our battery terminal corroded and the battery went bad without notice. We were able to get our Odyssey started one last time in our driveway. We called Lancaster Honda and they gave us an appointment the same day. When we dropped the van off at service it wouldn’t start again. They installed a new terminal and battery. Our service advisor even found a coupon to take a little off the bill. We were on our way by noon the following day. If Lancaster Honda didn’t see our van the same day, we would have needed a tow truck and my wife would have been without the van for a longer time. Thank you for helping a family in need. More

She made the accommodations to have them replaced the same day, and said it would be another half hour from the time estimate given at the time the car was dropped off. More
